Dr. Ghadri, CEO of Minoo Industrial Group, visited Minoo Zagros Food and Beverage Company to review the latest developments and initiatives carried out by the company.
According to the Public Relations Department of Minoo Industrial Group, during this visit, Dr. Ghadri began his remarks by expressing his pleasure at being among the staff and managers of Minoo Zagros Food and Beverage Company. He evaluated the actions taken and the company’s performance in the previous fiscal year as improving and thanked all the hardworking employees for achieving forward-looking and successful results.
The CEO of Minoo Industrial Group, highlighting the importance of mapping a roadmap in any industry, added: “The roadmap in each industry has its own nature. Therefore, before entering any industry, we must first have accurate and complete information about its characteristics and know exactly where we stand. After carefully assessing all aspects, we can define our goals and choose the best path to achieve them.”
The CEO of Azadegan Economic and Self-Sufficiency Company added: “If a systemic thinking approach is not implemented in any industry, it will lead to an unbalanced movement, which inevitably results in failure.”
Dr. Ghadri further emphasized: “We must recognize the leading and well-known brands in this industry, examine the reasons for their success, and, through comparison and benchmarking, seek to improve our own processes.”
Continuing, the CEO of Minoo Industrial Group referred to a key characteristic of the company in producing health-oriented products, stating: “Producing products based on customer preferences and tastes is another important point. If, along this path, consumer health is considered the primary factor in ensuring customer satisfaction, it will undoubtedly create trust and help achieve the highest objectives of Minoo Industrial Group.”
The CEO of Azadegan Economic and Self-Sufficiency Company also highlighted the strategic importance of the neighboring warm-climate provinces adjacent to Lorestan and stressed that this competitive advantage should be seriously utilized through the capacities of Ghasem Iran Company.
During this visit, attended by members of the holding’s board of directors and several CEOs of Minoo Industrial Group companies, the third production line for mineral water—manufactured in Germany under the Kronos brand with a capacity of 6,000 1.5-liter bottles per hour—was inaugurated, along with a Netstal preform machine from Switzerland, using preform molds purchased from Italy, and the factory’s wastewater treatment system.
During the visit, Dr. Rezaei, CEO of Minoo Zagros Food and Beverage Company, provided a detailed report on the company’s actions regarding the launch of new production lines and products.
At the end of this one-day visit, a tour was conducted of Lorestan Film Production and Printing Services Company, which is equipped with advanced and up-to-date machinery and has recently joined the Minoo Industrial Group.
